Dawn Mundy is Fervor’s Director of Brand Strategy. With a career start in copywriting for ministries, corporations, and agencies, Dawn has been able to grow her skills and experience over the years as a creative director. Her work on brand development and strategy for nonprofits, local churches and national brands in many industries covered a wide range of mediums, including behind and in front of the video camera, as well as scripting and producing.
At Fervor, Dawn gathers all of those skills to lead the Creative Team. “I love working with a team of smart people who are skilled and committed to helping people. Everybody has their own skill sets, they know what they’re doing, and they make good decisions.” Seeing her work is multifaceted, Dawn wears a few hats: she oversees developing marketing and campaign plans, helps our team find ways to grow our clients, and keeps a watch over all of the creative work that goes out — both in-house and from our trusty team of contractors. She says, “This position enables me to bring all of the parts and pieces of creative and leadership skills into one place.”
But Dawn has other creative talents, too. From baking and gardening to running, writing, and hanging out with friends and family, Dawn brings a fresh perspective to every part and person in her life. In almost everything, she enjoys noticing the beautiful (and weird) things of life, giving everything a sense of significance.
When it comes to Fervor, Dawn values using her skills and experience for things that matter. Whether faith-based or any nonprofit organization helping people, she wants to come alongside and help them articulate who they are and why that matters, figuring out smart ways to tell people about them. “It’s about making life better for somebody else.”
