Whether Robert was working with startups, nonprofits, small businesses or large corporations, he found there’s one key element to success. Relationships. He comes to Fervor after having been in operational leadership at Southwest Airlines, being a consultant and executive coach for CEOs, founders, and small business owners, as well as growing a digital agency’s revenue and reach. Through it all, he found that he deeply cares about taking care of both teams and clients – and that can only happen when you build strong relationships.
As Fervor’s Director of Business Development, Robert is focused on cultivating new relationships. “I want to understand client needs, and see how Fervor can serve the organization and its people well so we can help them grow,” he says. “I want to make sure we’re a good fit for you. And if we’re not, I’ll be honest and tell you.”
Robert loves being with his three kids and wife. They’re self-proclaimed homebodies, and enjoy hanging out together, and are active in their church. Robert also relishes the outdoors; climbing, hiking, and just soaking up the sights and sounds of nature. He’s a squash player, too. And he confesses to being an adventurous eater. “I will eat any street food,” he says. “If it can be cooked, and people call it food, I’ll try it!”
Robert is all in on the clients we work with, the high standards we set, and our goal of helping organizations making a difference in the world grow and have greater impact. “Fervor being willing to plant a flag in the faith-based space is awesome,” he says. “And it matters to me that I get to work with a team of experienced professionals who add depth to what we do, and who deeply care about the business and each other.”
