Who you should donate to on #GivingTuesday
At Fervor, generosity is in our DNA. We believe we’re called to give of our time, our talent and our treasure. That’s why #GivingTuesday is a pretty big deal around here. It’s a global day of giving, celebrated on the Tuesday following Thanksgiving. In a season that’s steeped in consumerism, #GivingTuesday is a chance to shift our focus from what we’re getting to what we’re giving.
In the spirit of giving back, we’re excited to introduce you to some organizations near and dear to our hearts. Some are Fervor clients who we’ve partnered with, others are orgs we support and admire. What they all have in common is a commitment to impact. As you plan your #GivingTuesday, we invite you to consider some of these nonprofits. Happy giving!
GO Project
The Global Orphan Project will always be special to us — it’s where Fervor began. Mike was on a mission trip to Haiti with Global Orphan when he met an orphan named Daniel. Daniel and his buddies had nothing, and yet they worshipped and played with fervor. The experienced so deeply changed his perspective that he decided to name this ad agency Fervor — so we’ll never forget what is truly important: impacting lives. Global Orphan (then called C3 Missions) became Fervor’s first client. GO Project makes the connection to orphans, serving through orphan care, trips and orphan prevention, with the local church as a focal point. We love giving back to the organization where it all started.
