First Friday for Good at Fervor: GO Exchange Pop-Up Shop
Come join us July 1 at our inaugural First Friday for Good, featuring the GO Exchange pop-up shop. A global boutique dedicated to orphan prevention, GOEX’s world class designers help local workers among the poor – mostly single moms – make beautiful, hand-crafted products that embody their own uplifting beauty. Headquartered right here in Kansas City, the organization is making impact around the globe.
- When: Friday, July 1
- Where: The Fervor office, 1705 Summit Street, Kansas City MO
- Time: 4 – 8 pm
First Fridays are lively and popular evenings for a reason: they’re a time to explore everything that makes Crossroads a vibrant neighborhood, from creativity to culture to community. First Fridays for Good honors this KC tradition, celebrating what makes Kansas City a great place to call home.
The GO Exchange pop-up shop will feature a wide array of beautiful pieces, all created by Haitian artisans. Come shop for handmade jewelry, clutches and tote bags, small leather goods like wallets and key fobs, sleepwear, Sseko sandals and baby items. And while you’re shopping the one-of-a-kind pieces from the GO Exchange, we’ll have plenty of beer, can-be-spiked lemonade and delicious snacks!
All of us at Fervor are always trying to create more impact with what we’ve been given. As an extension of the Crossroads community, we love allowing our space to be used for more than creating great marketing for companies. That’s why we’re excited to host First Fridays for Good all summer. It’s all about highlighting local talent, local creativity and local business.
Bring a friend. We’ll see you on July 1 for First Fridays for Good! #FirstFridaysforGood
