Haley knows how to get things done. She comes to Fervor with experience in both retail and golf course management, as well as in the nonprofit world – all of which require being hands-on in making sure things run smoothly and are well taken care of. While working at The Salvation Army, Haley got to have a hand in a lot of different areas. From resource development and managing direct mail efforts and relationships, to being a volunteer coordinator and red kettle coordinator, she has experienced first-hand what the nonprofit world is like. “When you have to juggle a lot of things, you have to be efficient and organized,” she says. “It prepared me for a role like this.”
As our Account Coordinator, Haley manages tasks for the Creative team, and makes sure deliverables are on time and on budget. “I like to think of myself as a puzzle master,” she says, “making sure it all fits together.” She loves getting to know clients, too. Having been on the nonprofit client side, she understands what it’s like; how challenging it can be to wear too many hats – and what it takes to get that important, impactful work done.
Outside of work, you’ll find Haley, well, outside. She’s been active all her life, and loves to keep active through recreational athletic leagues. On any given weekend, she could be playing rec kickball, volleyball, or basketball. She’s also an avid golfer. She loves hanging out with her dog, friends and family, and making new friends.
Haley loves being part of a close-knit team of colleagues. “I love that Fervor has Humble Collaboration as a company value,” she says. “Everyone is warm, inviting, and helpful, and we work well together.”
