Mike Farag (“fair-egg”) is Fervor’s founder, CEO, and Chief Brand Strategist. After building a career in the corporate world, Mike started Fervor after a life-changing trip to Haiti. (Learn more about that here.)
In addition to being our leader and chief vision-caster, Mike leads Fervor’s business development efforts. His goal is to make sure we have the right clients in the room along with the right Fervor team members to serve them. He’s also a key voice in our strategy work and in creating new services to offer Fervor’s growing client base.
Outside of Fervor, Mike is passionate about his marriage, his family, and his faith. He loves hiking, biking, and generally doing anything he can outdoors with his wife, Kim. He enjoys spending time with his friends and family, where he’s always the loudest in the room—unless his kids are there, too. And he usually has a glass of whiskey at the ready. (Mike is Fervor’s unofficial Chief Beverage Officer, too.)
Mike loves working at Fervor because he truly believes in the work that we do and the difference that we make. He loves working with a team of people who genuinely like each other and who are great at what they do—providing the kind of quality communications and consulting support that faith-led organizations need.
