Sara Hopkins is Fervor’s VP of Client Services. She started her career in visual merchandising, where she learned the powerful connection between consumers and good messaging and design. That led her to marketing and advertising, where she learned what it meant to manage and lead accounts well while serving some of the world’s leading hotel brands. That experience, along with her personal passions, led her to Fervor.
In her role, Sara leads and manages our Client Services team. Her job is to make our clients happy—to retain their business, to help them grow according to their business objectives, and to form solid relationships with them built on trust in the expertise and care our team brings to every single project. To her, there’s nothing better than hearing a client say “you get us.”
Outside of Fervor, Sara is committed to her family and friends and active in several leadership roles in her church. She loves gardening, fitness, and mentoring young professionals through mentorship programs she’s a part of. She also hosts a great party. If Sara invites you to a party, say “yes.”
