How it Works
Our expert team walks beside you every step of the way through our proven process.
- Prework: Full Impact Questionnaire
We get to know you. We’ll send you a detailed internal questionnaire, and we’ll meet with up to seven members of your team to review any existing strategic plans.
- Week 1: Full-Day Strategic Meeting
The heavy lifting starts. Our team of hand-picked strategists will spend a full day with you to dive deep into your brand and marketing. These can happen virtually or in person, though we’ve found that starting by gathering together at our HQ sets us up for success. (Plus, we’ve got a great beverage selection.)
- Week 2: Ideal Advocate™ Profile Research
We go all-out to understand your Ideal Advocates™. We’ll conduct up to five one-on-one investigative interviews, audit any other research or statistics available, and dissect all the information to create profiles and understand these advocates like never before.
- Weeks 2-3: Site Visit
We come see your place. We’ll send part of our assessment team to conduct a site visit where we hope to experience what it’s like to be part of your team.
- Week 3: Midpoint Check-in
We invite you into our process. During this midpoint online gathering, we’ll discuss progress, ask questions, test messaging, and more—together.
- Weeks 4-5: Craft Message Platform and Marketing Impact Strategies
We start getting tactical. We’ll dive head-first into creating your new messaging platform and testing it against your Ideal Advocate™ Profiles, with an eye toward implementation and deployment.
- Week 5-6: Profile Testing and marketing Plant Development
When the magic happens. Our team has been continually working on engagement strategies focused on your Ideal Advocates™, and during this phase we’ll bring it all together into your full marketing + impact plan and budget.
- Week 7-8: Final Presentation
The big unveiling. We’ll conduct a final in-person or virtual presentation with your team to review the entire process, from findings to recommendations.
